The Role
When I joined Hidden City NYC as the Social Media Coordinator, the company had minimal digital presence and wasn't actively engaging on social media. I took on the challenge of building and expanding their digital footprint from the ground up. Implementing B2C marketing strategies and utilizing Google Ads, I successfully turned leads into sales and optimized our marketing budget. Through these efforts, we expanded our clientele and enhanced our online visibility by 30%.

Beyond social media, I engaged offline by designing pitch decks, business cards, flyers, and step-and-repeats used at our events. My comprehensive approach not only boosted Hidden City NYC’s online presence but also solidified their reputation as a premier catering company for clients like Forbes, Goldman Sachs, and Columbia University. This role honed my skills in digital marketing, content creation, and strategic planning, significantly contributing to the company's growth and success.
